Paul continues to create amazing results for the upcoming comic, Salem, AZ. The followers are becoming anxious, the emails are coming in, and Kerry's ensemble is almost complete.

Yes, the next convention will be Motor City in Detroit, Michigan. Stop by and say hello; Dave Nestler and myself will be in attendance showcasing the Bored of Education painting and signing autographs.

Nicole McClain Uncovers Pencil Art

While painting murals has been the main focus for my artwork at the present time, a time ago I was more involved in pencil sketches and shading. If you are an artist like myself, I'm never satisfied with my work and when I look back on pieces from the past, I find myself saying, "What were you thinking? You could have done this so much better." Regardless, I found these pieces I had drawn some time ago and decided to let the audience take a peek at them.

Kerry Connelly & Nicole McClain Change Clothes

Here is the most recent coloring of Kerry Connelly for the Salem, AZ book. Joe did a fabulous job and suprised us all with the red, but positively striking, shirt for Kerry.

Further updates include a belt of conchos that was purchased in Tombstone, Arizona for the hatband and a possible choker for myself. My black leather witch hat has been created and even includes the braided leather detail circling the brim and crooked notch at the top:

The shoes are awesome and I can't wait to slip them on, pending I can calculate the right UK size of my foot before the team makes the purchase.

Working with canvas is an extremely different medium than drafting, drawing, painting, shading and detailing my creations on a wall. I am enjoying it, however, and I'm currently working on a series for the Chinese collection. Enjoy.
